Our client, a trusted and locally-focused real estate agency in Wentworth Point, is seeking a motivated and highly organised Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of properties, with approximately 95% located in Wentworth Point and surrounding suburbs. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a well-structured, predominantly units portfolio, make a real impact, and build strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants. What You’ll Be Doing Manage a residential portfolio of 180–200 properties, mostly local to Wentworth Point Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Coordinate inspections, maintenance requests, and rent reviews Ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation and agency processes Proactively manage arrears, lease renewals, and day-to-day property management tasks About You Experienced in managing your own residential portfolio Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused Excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport with clients and tenants Hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW) Have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Why This Role? 95% of the portfolio is based in Wentworth Point!
